Nidderdale Farm Chicken and thick cut bacon in a lemon & pepper mayonnaise

Luxury Atlantic prawns and ripe avocade with homemade chilli, ginger & coriander sauce

8 hours spit roasted pulled pork cooked in an apple, apricot and peach reduction OR in an american style smoked hickory BBq sauce

Mixed cheese, wensleydale and red cheddar, with a red tomato & chilli jam 

Bagels £5.25

Goat cheese with fresh green beans and pine nuts, toasted and browned under the grill (v)

Scottish smoked salmon with cream cheese, capers and red onion

Toasties £4.10 

Served on white, wholemeal or granary bread with a choice of traditional butter or low fat spread, salad garnish & your choice of fillings
